Returns
We hope that your purchase is exactly what you wanted and that it fits perfectly! If not, by all means send it back to us! We provide store credit for all returns. This credit will never expire and can be used just like cash at ShopACutAbove.com. The credit you receive will be for the original purchase amount of the product(s) and any applicable sales tax. We aren’t able to refund any shipping costs since these are paid to a third party. We do not issue any cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.
If you return products that were purchased during a sitewide sale or promotion and you received a discount, you will be credited the amount of the purchase price paid (less shipping). If you would like to buy something else or return your product(s) for a different size you will be required to pay the full purchase price and won't receive the original promotional discount (unless you choose to wait until another sale).
We have just a few guidelines concerning our returns:
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags still attached.
• Products must be free of all stains, including any makeup marks.
• Any shoes or boots that are returned must be in the original undamaged box. A damaged box makes the shoes or boots ineligible for return.
• The sales of jewelry, hosiery, bras, sunglasses and all sales items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged.
• All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: Orders purchased between December 1st and December 15th can be returned until January 15th. Orders purchased after December 15th, will have the standard 30 day return period from the date purchased (i.e. products purchased 12/24 can be returned until 1/24). All orders, including gifts, must follow all other terms herein.
If your return does not meet the above guidelines but you send it back anyhow we will not issue a store credit and we will not ship your items back to you until you place a new order. You will have 30 days from the date we receive the return to place a new order and we will include your returned products with that shipment if you make a note in the comments section while placing your order. If you don’t place a new order within 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.
To return your merchandise, please download the Return Authorization form, and include it with your return. If your return meets our return policy, we will email you information on using your store credit within 3 business days. If the Return Authorization form is not enclosed, your return will not be processed and will be held at our warehouse until we hear from you for up to 30 days at which time it will be donated to charity.
If you believe we have shipped the wrong color, size, or defective merchandise you must Contact Us within 3 days of receipt to get any issues resolved.
Exchanges
If you received an item and want to exchange for a different size, color, or style please treat it as a return. Once we receive your return and send you your credit you will be able to make a new purchase of the item you desired.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation requests must be received before the order has been shipped and all cancellations will incur a 15% restocking fee. Once the order has been shipped, the order is not able to be cancelled.
